Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Hamid Aghili. I am the owner/broker of Hamid Aghili Real Estate. I received my real estate sales person license in January of 1990. I received my real estate broker license in March of 1996. I am a graduate student from California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB) with Bachelor of Art (BA) Degree in Public Administration and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration concentration in Information Management.
If you are a licensed real estate sales person or broker and you are not working in the Inland Empire area, but you have a client, who wants to buy or sell their residential or commercial properties in the Inland Empire area, you can refer them to me and I will give you 25% referral fee for just making the phone call.
If you are going to buy a house, please email me your pre-approval letter from your lender, if you are going to get a loan, or your proof of funds if you are going to buy with cash. If you do not have a lender let me know and I will have a lender to contact you. I have to know you are a qualified buyer before I can show you any home.
You can search for a type of home you like to buy by clicking on the search tab and then, on the next window, click the general public standard link, and then on the next window, fill in the boxes. Drive by the houses that you picked first and then If you find one that you like to see the inside of it, let me know and I arrange the showing to show it to you. Or you can email me let me know what kind of a house you like and I email you the list of homes for sale for you to review and compare and then let me know which one you like to see.
